The MINI version in the screening program is designed to explore six Axis I psychiatric disorders (panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and major depressive disorder) according to DSM-IV diagnostic criteria.
We have used this screening form with great success with more than 500,000 people. It is clinician and user friendly and has good reliability and validity. It takes about 7 minutes to complete.

The screening questionnaire used in our program is a modified version of
the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI), a short structured diagnostic interview that was developed by a group of psychiatrists and clinicians in the United States and Europe. The MINI was designed for
DSM-IV and ICD-10 psychiatric disorders.
