How to use the BLOGS | Rules of Use

1. Click on the "Register" button at the top of the page under the heading "BLOGS".
2. After you register, use your "user name" and "password" to BLOG. BLOG entries can be viewed without registering.
3. Click on the BLOG topic you would like to access.
4. Click on "BLOG". This will bring you to a page where you can enter your message.
